Life Translator does not translate optimal after the installation.
Life Translator contains dictionaries which are being created at the same time as the installation. In the meantime there have been many more additions of new words and sentences from many other users. Therefore you should synchronize your dictionaries before using the program for the first time as the dictionaries can be several months old.

Life Translator creates errors when I try to sign up for registration.
There are several solutions in order to solve this problem. You have to be sure that:
- You should have access to the Internet using Internet Explorer – not another browser like (ex Opera) which uses another communication tool.
- If you have a software firewell installed on the pc where Life Translator is installed you should allow Life Translator to access the Internet.
1. Try to start a new project in Life Translator, the language is not important.
2. Open a website from Life Translator by activating the internet icon and
insert a web adress ex. www.google.dk. If the page can be shown it means that LT can access the internet.
- Some larger firewalls/proxies for company use, can block individual types of communication such as multi-part form upload. This is of course the company policy to choose this security. Life Translator is able to send large volumes of data to the server, including registration data and not just translations when you are abroad. The shipment of data is done in the way that Life Translator packs and encrypts all data in one file and sends this file through http multi-part form upload.
We have experienced that for example Microsoft ISA server with a standard configuriation will prohibit multi-part upload. Try to get responsible network manager to open for this type of http communication.
You can test if it is possible to use multi-part form upload from your network by accessing the webpage ( http://upload.alloware.dk )
